Patrick D. Felde, CPA started the firm in December, 1989. Patrick Felde graduated from San Diego State University in 1979 earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Accountancy and received his California CPA license in 1985. He has five years of “Big Four” firm accounting experience with PriceWaterhouseCoopers working in the audit and tax departments.

Brandon Felde, CPA graduated from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo in 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Brandon Felde earned his Certified Public Accounting license in 2014, and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Michelle Renteria, CPA graduated from California Lutheran University in 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Michelle Renteria earned her Certified Public Accounting license in 2016, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michelle is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Danny Truong graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He joined the firm in January, 2015. He has passed all sections of the CPA exam and is currently working towards fulfilling the work experience requirement to earn his CPA license.
